 North Ball Fields - North "D" Street 
Paint peeling or completely gone. Plywood for windows. Bench complete gone and no barrier to prevent children from hurting themselves. Window broken with sharp glass ready to fallout!

 3rd avenue south, on the west side of the alleyway between S. J and S. K St, going by PAPA, belongs to the county, not the city. PCN 38434421151150142 has been owned by PB County

Busted out door locks and open windows.
